Our merchandise goes through a 3 point quality inspection to ensure our jewelry isn’t damaged before shipping to you.
If you received Merchandise that was shipped in error or damaged in transit it can be returned to On Trend Accents for a full refund within 3 days of receipt. You follow 2 simple steps:
- Initiate the return, the customer must fill out an online form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return label. Please email a picture of the damaged merchandise (optional)
- Once we received the returned merchandise, a direct replacement will be sent. If the returned item is no longer available for purchase, a refund in the amount of the original purchase will be processed on the original form of payment.
Accessories that have been used or worn, no longer have the original tags, were ordered in error, or broken due to misuse will not be eligible for return.
In order to continue to provide you extreme value when shopping at our online, we do not offer refunds and consider all sales final except for damaged merchandise described above.
We will gladly exchange any unopened item with the original receipt with customer responsible for bi-directional shipping cost.
